I use Colgate Total! Yeeeeah.
But I heard that it was the second worst toothpaste in the world.
And, on another forum, a poster researched that it is better to go natural.
That means, throwing away perfume, (some) make-up, shampoo/conditioner, lotion, toothpaste, etc, and go with soap.
(NO, it doesn't mean eating the soap as toothpaste.)
But the soap had to be all-natural soap, that doesn't have dangerous chemicals in it.
ANYWAYS, I will post up her research, and she will be given credit.
